Refund & Replacement Policy

At Ink Credo, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for orders placed with the wrong size, color, or design selection, or for orders where you've simply changed your mind.

Please review your order carefully and refer to our size guide before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@inkcredo.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we'll send a replacement at no additional cost.

One-Time Fit Guarantee

If your shirt doesn't fit as expected, we're happy to help.

As a one-time courtesy, we'll provide a replacement of the same design in a different size for 50% off the original purchase price. This helps cover production costs while ensuring you receive a shirt you'll enjoy wearing.

This offer is limited to one replacement per customer and applies only to size exchanges.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, orders may only be changed or canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After production has started, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations.
